CertifyX provides a platform for professional certification preparation, including practice exams, study materials, and progress tracking tools.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features are available through paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content provided by CertifyX, including questions, explanations, and logos, is the property of CertifyX and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the application content.
• Share your account with others.
• Interfere with the security or performance of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

CertifyX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service or your performance in actual certification exams.
