Request Data Deletion
We respect your privacy and provide a simple way to delete your account and all associated data from our systems.
Option 1: In-App Deletion
The fastest way to delete your data is through the CertifyX app:
- Open CertifyX
- Go to Settings
- Tap on Account
- Select Delete Account
Option 2: Web Request
If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion by emailing us directly. We will process your request within 30 days.

What information is deleted?
Upon deletion, we permanently remove:
- Your user profile and credentials.
- All practice history, quiz scores, and achievements.
- Subscription status and transaction history records (except where retention is legally required).
